Personally, I like a combination of materials – mesh on the back and fabric on the seat. If this is a multi-shift chair, a combination of material will likely suit the broadest range of users.

What is the weight capacity of a 24 hour or dispatch chair?

Most of the chairs on our list are rated for at least 300 lbs. However, true big and tall chairs should be able to hold at least 400 lbs.
